Recovery sessions are run at my place, using my private pool setup to help you pull up better after games or training.
It’s low-key, but effective — focused on loosening up the body, reducing soreness, and getting you moving again. We’ll use a mix of light movement, stretching, mobility work, and pool-based recovery (like walk-throughs, contrast work, or just relaxing the legs).
