The Elite Program is designed for athletes wanting to take their game to the next level by combining physical development with technical skill execution.

This program includes everything in the Standard Program, plus a dedicated kicking development program to improve efficiency, consistency, and confidence by the foot.

Includes:

  • Strength & Conditioning training

  • Dedicated kicking program

  • Technical skill development alongside physical training

  • A more holistic approach to performance and game impact

  • In person, weekly 45-minute sessions

  • All tracked on Jayden’s personalised app
