Jayden’s kicking program is structured, high-detail, and designed to significantly improve an athlete’s kicking technique, consistency, and confidence. The program runs over 8 weeks, with 45-minute sessions each week, and includes weekly kicking analysis to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and refine technique over time. Every athlete works through progressive kicking drills that are specifically scaled to their current ability, position, and game demands — ensuring development is individualised and purposeful.

Athletes focus on key technical elements, including ball drop, foot contact, balance, power generation, follow-through, and execution under pressure, with drills progressing from controlled technique work to game-speed, match-like scenarios.

Ongoing feedback and analysis ensure athletes understand both the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ behind each adjustment, allowing improvements to transfer directly to match day.

Delivered through our training app, the program provides structure, accountability, and measurable development across the full 8 weeks. This is a complete kicking development system built to elite standards — not just reps.
