The four weeks that could change your entire season.
-
The Elite Performance Pre-Season Academy has been created to bridge the gap between the end of the football season and the beginning of club pre-season. Over four intensive weeks, athletes will prepare physically and technically for 2027 in a structured, high-performance environment designed to build confidence and create strong training habits.
-
Across four intensive weeks, athletes will complete two high-quality football skill sessions each week, alongside a structured strength, speed and conditioning program.
All physical programming will be age-appropriate and tailored to the athlete's individual capabilities and stage of development. Whether an athlete is entering the U14, U16 or U18 program, their training will be designed to safely challenge them at the appropriate level while building the strength, speed and athleticism required for football.
The goal is simple: provide every athlete with a complete pre-season program that has them arriving at their respective team pre-season stronger, faster, more confident, and ready to perform.

The Academy is designed for U14, U16 and U18 boys and girls who are serious about improving their football and preparing for the 2027 season. Athletes don't need to play representative football currently - they simply need to be willing to learn, work hard and improve.
-
The Academy runs across four intensive weeks, providing athletes with a structured block of football development, strength, speed and conditioning before returning to their respective club or representative pre-season.
-
Athletes will complete two coached football skill sessions per week, totalling eight sessions across the Academy. Athletes will also follow their prescribed strength, speed and conditioning program throughout the four weeks.
-
Absolutely. Programming will be age-appropriate and tailored to the athlete's capabilities and stage of development. An U14 athlete will not be expected to complete the same training as an U18 athlete, with exercises, loads and progressions adjusted accordingly.
-
Sessions will target the skills and movements that translate directly to football performance, including kicking, clean hands, ground balls, marking, decision-making, movement, execution under pressure and game-relevant skill work. Sessions will progressively challenge athletes throughout the Academy.
-
Every athlete will receive access to the complete Academy program, including football sessions, strength programming, speed and conditioning, EP app access, ongoing coaching support, an exclusive EP Academy training singlet and training hat, plus Academy resources.
-
Due to the structured nature of the Academy and limited places available, athletes are encouraged to attend every scheduled session where possible. If an athlete cannot attend due to illness, injury or another commitment, communication with EP as early as possible is encouraged.
-
Once registered, families will receive a confirmation email followed by the full Academy onboarding process. This will include important dates, program information, app access, uniform details and everything athletes and parents need to know before Week 1.
-
All Academy football sessions will be conducted across Albury and Wodonga, with specific training locations confirmed prior to the commencement of the program. Full venue details will be provided to registered athletes and families during onboarding.
-
The Elite Performance Pre-Season Academy will run across four intensive weeks in November 2026. Specific training days and times will be allocated according to each age group, with the complete Academy schedule provided to families prior to commencement.
